DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS FOR ORDERS PLACED FROM THE US PAULINE WEBSTORE:
Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt from our Boston, MA location or, depending on product availability, from one of our Pauline Books & Media Centers in the US. For same day shipment, orders must be submitted no later than 9am EST for USPS morning pickup and 2pm EST for UPS afternoon pickup. During peak seasons there may be a 1-3-day delay. At checkout you will be given the choice of several USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) shipment options/rates (delivery times differ accordingly).
NOTE RE: USPS delivery delays:
According to the United States Postal Service website, USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. If your order is time sensitive (for an event etc.) you may want to consider having your order shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS.
If postal theft is common in your area, it may be to your benefit to choose UPS as your shipping method.
NOTE WELL: We regret that we cannot ship replacement orders if the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) indicates that the shipment has been delivered.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Delivery days are based on the schedule of US Postal Service and UPS.
Will you ship to non-US addresses?
Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States.
If I am ordering from a parish, school or other institution, can I use this site?
All on-line orders must be pre-paid. For parishes, schools or organizations that are tax exempt, please email [email protected] for further instructions before placing your order.

What does the FREE SHIPPING offer consist of?
Periodically PaulineStore.com offers FREE SHIPPING on orders shipped via USPS MEDIA MAIL for purchases totaling $30 or more. The Free Shipping offer is announced through our newsletter emails, social media platforms, catalog mailings, special conferences or events.
Bibles and religious articles are not eligible for FREE SHIPPING.
Order Status email notifications
When you complete your order, we will update you on the status of your order by email:
- Confirmation that your order was successfully submitted.
- Verification that your item(s) have been shipped, with tracking information.
- Information regarding any issues we may encounter while fulfilling your order.
What should I do if I have a problem with my shipment?
If you receive incorrect or defective product(s) in a shipment, please email us within 30 days at [email protected] for instructions on how to proceed.
What is your returns policy?
PaulineStore.com will issue a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) for your online purchase if you:
- Return new books, sealed and unopened CDs, DVDs and other products in their original condition. Sales on visual resources (posters, cards, bookmarks), sale items, seasonal items, dated material and special orders are final.
- Include a copy of the packing slip of the package you received.
- Mail your return to PaulineStore.com or drop off your return at one of our Pauline Books & Media Centers (in the United States) within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.
PaulineStore.com shall have no obligation to refund any returns that are not in compliance with these three requirements.

Refunds cannot be issued for any prepackaged products that are returned opened or have obvious signs of use (unless they are found to be defective).
No credits will be granted for any item that is returned after 30 days from the shipment date listed on your packing slip.
The cost of postage for all returns is the responsibility of the consumer.
Returns made to PaulineStore.com will be credited only in the form of the original payment method.
We recommend shipping all returns via a trackable shipping service and retaining the carrier's tracking number until you receive your credit or refund. We regret that we cannot assume any responsibility for unreceived returns shipped via a non-traceable shipping method.
